Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Policies supporting sustainable tourism should be encouraged providing they reflect principles of sustainable development.
New developments should therefore detail how they safeguard and contribute towards enhancement of biodiversity assets, water environment and green infrastructure whilst demonstrating high quality sustainable design and construction throughout. Would welcome a clause within a sustainable tourism policy linking it to wider themes within the local plan to clearly define what 'sustainable' tourism should be expected to achieve.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

As a Christian, I feel that community facilities should include the provision for places of worship. This vital part of the community facilities underlies safe, peaceful and cohesive communities. It increases and promotes well being, and even WDC Local Plan PO17 states that they help to 'enrich people's quality of life', however does not demonstrate how WDC will deliver new community infrastructure. I request therefore that they appear within the infrastructure plan as an essential requirement for all communities and development and that a more detailed outline of how this will be delivered is also included.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

WDC statement ' Enable organisations to provide community infrastructure, such as schools etc'.
This is good but should also include reference to free schools as it is a plicy being encouraged by the current government.
This should lead to wider choice and diversity in terms of good quality school in the area.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Not clear how places of worship will be dealt with as they are not mentioned in the section P017.
Inclusion of this provision will help limit a rise in lawlessness and anarchy.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Wish to support plan for provision and integration community facilities.
How will this be implemented as not clear in preferred options?
There is a recognised beneficial effect because of care and service to community by those who attend places of worship.

No reference made to places of worship. These provide spiritual strength, instruction and stablity in their lives.

Positive plan for provision of places of worship. This is important but it is not clear how this will be achieved.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

There must be provision for 'Places of worships' as people need places where they can gather and express their religious views.
