What a shame to ruin the Greenbelt land. It has diversity of wildlife which would be ruined.
Hundreds of people use this area as a place to walk as access to Leek Wotten etc is easy.

I drive through Warwick on a regular basis and traffic is bad enough as it is. Adding another estate can only increase the problem.

This development will greatly reduce property values in the area.
This development will add a large volume of traffic in an area where the road network is already insufficient.
This area is Greenbelt land that is very valuable habitat for a number of rare species.
This area will become and eye-sore which will have a knock-on effect on local businesses through uses of tourism.
Local infrastructure (medical/ schooling etc) is already stretched for the current population.

This proposed development is totally inappropriate use of valuable Greenbelt.
The site is of extreme historic interest opposite the famous Saxon mill and Guys Cliffe House.
This part of Warwick is part of our local and National Heritage and should not be developed.

Primrose Hill has already very high volume of traffic: if the plan is passed it will be absolute chaos on the road.
Wildlife (birds) already in decline will suffer more.

I object to the building of 180 houses on Loes Farm which is Greenbelt. I do not want the trees to be taken down to open up the view that we have enjoyed for nearly 30 years. This will reduce the value of my house. I also do not want an island to be built at the entrance to Woodloes Avenue which will increase traffic.

I object to the building of an island at the end of my road and the trees being pulled down along Primrose Hill to make way for any access road which will totally spoil the view from my house and reduce the value of my house.
I also object to you building on Greenbelt land.

Woodloes Park Estate is big enough now! To build another 180 houses would make it almost a town.
What about the Greenbelt countryside, don't we have a right to keep that for local walks!
Has anyone considered what extra main roads have on our estate! - it's about time children and noise were thought about.

I object to the housing or traveller sites on Loes Farm Land for the reasons: Building new roads, building on Greenbelt land, making the Woodloes Parks and estate much too big.

I object to the building oh houses on Loes Farm, not only is it Greenbelt land it is also a perfect example of ridge and furrow. It is home to many wild animals including bats and woodpeckers.
The impact on traffic will affect Woodloes Park immensely.
What about the impact on the admissions to the school on the Woodloes Estate.

I lived with my parents directly next to the lane and enjoyed and still enjoy walks around the whole area. If the development is agreed, we will lose all the wildlife and beautiful trees that are all so important to our local environment.
I have been sat in my parents' house and have seen woodpeckers and squirrels. I have also witnessed bats flying over in the night-time.
This development will be detrimental to the local environment.

Destruction of Greenbelt, important to wildlife, trees, hedgerows and plants.
Increase of traffic to Coventry Road and Primrose Hill.
Effect on Warwick's identity as a country town and as a historical asset.
With loss of business in the area, destroying heritage would not encourage tourism, only entrance to Warwick still greenbelt.

I object for the following reasons:
-The loss of a greenbelt which defines the edge of the town and stops the town sprawling into the village of Leek Wotton.
-The loss of a 17th century hedgerow which borders the Woodloes housing estate.
-Massive increase in traffic in an area which is already congested by traffic jams.
-The increase in traffic would also increase health and safety worries on a road where three fatalities have occurred in the last decade.

I lived on the Woodloes many years ago and I remember my parents taking me for lovely walks and picnics in this beautiful greenbelt area would be a shame to lose it as I still enjoy taking long walks across the fields. I have seen many endangered species. There are much more suitable places to build on.

I object to this because it is Greenbelt land and it will destroy some beautiful land and wildlife.
It will increase the traffic that goes through the estate which will cause more congestion and more pollution.
The local infrastructure and amenities are always full to capacity and cannot cope, are the council proposing to build more schools and expand the hospital?

We object to this development of the grounds of:
-Loss of natural countryside and historic farmland,
-Noise from proposed new roadway,
-Gypsy encampment,
-Will reduce the ambiance of the area,
-Will reduce house prices if social housing/gypsies nearby,
-Lack of public consultation in terms of information available to nearby residents. Many elderly residents unable to access copies of the plan.
