The A445, Leicester Lane, is heavily used at present with constant traffic and queues at rush hour. The main blockage is from Lillington Road into town, and this will be hugely exacerbated by the extra 1,400+ houses and the supposed NLRR all feeding into Lillington Road from the A46. Regrettably, the `solution` of P&R is unrealistic as it is unlikely to be used as most people put their personal comfort above their carbon footprint.
