Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

It is very simplistic to take the fact that we have a higher proportion of people who cycle or walk to work as support for high levels of growth attached to the existing town. It is more likely that people who believe in cycling and walking are attracted to live in pleasant and open surroundings and will move elsewhere if it becomes built up. You can`t extrapolate from them to the people who will be living on estates of 1,400 houses and imagine they will have the same attitudes.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

air pollution is becoming a serious issue any large scale dvelopment is likely to introduce large numbers of cars which will exacerbate the current problems devlopment near the places of work should be encouraged as this reduces transport issues. Leamington should not become a coummter town.

HS2 as indicated will cause large scle disruption and for what benifits If the trains ran to london marlybone without stopping they would be almost as fast as HS2. This would not cost billions but involve local rail infrastructure improvments
