I object to the preferred option l, because the allotments are enjoyed by all ages and gender of the community irrespective of their background or income. It is a well established site which benefits village people, and keeps the community spirit intact. It also supports local wildlife and also local dog walkers. Allotments are a health benefit to all involved, keeping village people fit and active. Allotments allow the younger generation to take part in a village amenity educating them as to the benefits of fresh natural food.

-Re-establishment of the allotments will take years.
-Cubbington only requires just six local homes.
-Local services will be put under further pressure.
-Increase in traffic congestion along Coventry and Rugby Road.
-The allotments are important to the village identity.
-We are already under threat from HS2.
-The development would overlook my home, block my landscape views and overshadow my property during the summer.
-Traffic congestion and safety highway issues when residents of the Coventry Road are entering and exiting their properties.
-The area would suffer from adverse environmental conditions.
-Flooding and sewage discharge have been an issue at my property.
- WDC survey concluded that the allotments were not suitable for development due to the impact on the landscape/greenbelt/recreational aspects.
