Centaur Homes object to this policy. As set out above, the Code for Sustainable
Homes is due to be scrapped and water conservation measures will form part of
Building Regulations. These matters do not need to be resolved as part of the
planning process.

Proposed Policy FW3 - we suggest should be omitted as it duplicates proposed policy CC1 (c). Alternatively the words 'encourage' and 'one dwelling or more' should be omitted to avoid ambiguity and increase clarity.
