Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

We feel the local infrastructure is already at capacity with the over development in this area. The schools and doctors are already over subscribed and adding even more houses will only compound this.
This is a rural area with many different wildlife and is a natural habitat that has been established for many years.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Stagecoach objects to the identification of this site for development
This land stretches away from existing bus service and facilities, that are already relatively distant, by unnecessarily extending the built up area in a lobate form.
