H43 King's Hill, proposal to remove Green Belt status. Local Plan proposal remains unsound, NPPF states "exceptional circumstances" are required to facilitate development of green belt land. Other options remain available which are not being pursued due to political or expediency issues. WDC have singularly failed to make a case to remove H43 from Green Belt

We have still not seen a response (which applies rigorous analysis) to previous objections related to the removal of the green belt at H28 - Hatton. We are increasingly concerned about the impact this will have on wildlife. In particular, the impact this would have on wildlife residing in and/or dependent on the hedge row separating the two fields (H28).
