Re Climate Change being responsible for flooding - I would like other factors contributing to flooding to be taken into account, such as:-
Failures by the Environment Agency to provide adequate flood defences in the past
Building on flood plains
Inadequate drainage such as sewer systems which cannot cope with new development
Concreting drives and gardens
