SPD should stipulate that Neighbourhood Plan policies are not expected to seek in excess of the Local Plan policy requirement, and that any that do must be the subject of a neighbourhood plan viability assessment.

Planning Obligations – WP request that the third bullet point of this section is amended to read ‘ Offset relevant adverse impacts , for example, on the environment, education, social, emergency services, recreational and community facilities and transport that arise from development where the development might otherwise been refused because of these adverse impacts.’
