Indoor Sports facilities – The draft SPD sets out that the Council’s Indoor Sports and Leisure Strategy provides the evidence base to inform the Council’s identification of new requirements. Contributions are required from ‘major developments’, however there is no definition of ‘major development’ provided. Contributions to infrastructure should be proportionate to the development that is providing the finance.
