The rural nature of the village as created by the wide open surrounding spaces is of paramount importance. It is already being eroded through current building and should be protected moving forward

It is very important that Radford Semele retains its identity as a separate entity - - that is a village. This means that it should have green space retained between the village and Leamington Spa. Otherwise the village risks becoming absorbed in to Leamington as just another "suburb" of Leamington and thereby losing its individuality.
