Very disappointed that neither public transport, school transport or highway safety is mentioned in this document. It’s absence is significant given the undesirable and inappropriate speed limits around schools and play areas. It’s absence is also marked given CCC proposals for the A46 link road, of which one option may be the intensification if traffic through the village. Finally the population figures suggest that public transport and school transport will become increasingly important for the young and the elderly in the plan period.
