Sustaining Private Transport should not be a policy objective as it goes against Transport Strategies of the County Council and TfWM for schemes like Mobility as a Service. I suggest the title of this policy should be modified in line with the spirit of the Policy, which relates specifically to electric vehicle charging. The question is: why are we doing it!? My understanding is that is has to do with the Governments Carbon Agenda. Therefore we should entitle it for what it is.
