Accessibility. I propose that access is provided between the canal and the Newbold Comyn nature reserve. A bridge over the river would be required. This would allow a circular walking route between leamington canal across river to Newbold comyn and the back to leamington. Towpath and footpaths already existing. Only a footbridge across river is required.
