Q-H2-1: What is the best way to significantly increase the supply of affordable housing across South Warwickshire?

Infil Brownfield Increase the % of houses dedicated to affordable housing in all proposals whether small, eg 5 or larger. As a PC we find that it is impossible to get any affordable housing within a small development.

The Duty to Co-operate does make it difficult to say no this issue, but do it once and then we would be expected to do it again in years to come. We would question on how effectively they are looking at infil and brownfield sites.

Q-H4-3: If we are required to meet housing shortfalls from outside of South Warwickshire, how best and where should we accommodate such shortfalls?

As close to the area of the shortfall, with good connection.
