(HELAA Ref: 162) Land at Chadley House, Wellesbourne should be allocated for residential development. It is available now and can contribute toward meeting identified housing needs within the next 5 years. The HELAA Part B confirms that there are no significant constraints, although the binary approach for some constraints downplays the suitability of the Site. Located within Strategic Growth Location SG16, the Site could either form part of a much larger allocation or be built-out as a discrete site. It lies outside the Green Belt and should therefore be prioritised ahead of releasing Green Belt land.
