Ymatebydd: Rowington Parish Council

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Rowington Parish Council is not opposed to small scale development provided that development:
1. Is spread throughout the parish
2. In keeping with the rural area street scene in terms of character and design. Considered a very important aspect of any potential development.
3. Considers the findings of the Parish Plan and forthcoming Parish Design Statement. The Parish Council is aware that there is a great need for smaller properties for those wishing to downsize and young people wishing to live in the parish
4. Is subject to detailed consultation with the Parish Council
5. Important to ensure that the necessary infrastructure is available

Ymatebydd: Rowington Parish Council

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Extremely important to ensure that no development takes place on the flood zones within the parish and all new development is designed to minimize flood risk. Unauthorised development is currently underway within the parish in a Flood Zone 3 location, and such potential impact on life and property should and can be avoided through stricter planning and management controls
