Danger of access onto Fosse Way especially with large vehicles towing trailers. High risk crash area.
Impact on local people, businesses and loss of jobs.
Impact on natural and historic environment. Fosse Way and Toll House importance to historic environment. Local area unchanged since Roman invasion - huge mistake to change it now.
