Fails to meet criteria in many respects.
Concern for local businesses. In particular issue of security in view of large increase in population. Not in a position to increase staff numbers to safeguard premises. Loss of staff will lead to loss of important knowledge base. Would be impossible to continue warehouse operations.
Limited infrastructure and services with no mains sewers or gas. Electricity supply is rural supply serving few businesses and households. Increased demand will mean insufficient or intermittent supply causing further difficultiesand against the criteria requiring avoidance of undue pressure on infrastructure and services.
