Concern at the impact of the housing allocations in terms of infrastructure requirements (particularly the highways network)
Require clarification on the timing and delivery of infrastructure improvements available through the CIL - improvements to public infrastructure should be related to the pace of housing development and not implemented after completion of such.
Consider dispersal of development preferable to concentration.
