REFID 621 Grange Farm Budbrooke. Inappropriate development of green belt. Detrimental impact on local residents. Too close to ancient woodland and local wildlife site which includes deer, foxes, bird of pray etc. Development will damage hedges/trees/habitats both at the site and surrounding area which is not suitable for heavy goods vehicles – likely damage to railway bridges. Insufficient infrastructure, doctors/shops/school, to support new homes. Significant negative impact from further traffic on single lane roads, significant risk of crashes. Insufficient water supply and drainage in the area to support existing homes consistently.
