Clopton Fields parcel - no as it is greenbelt land that borders some local nature reserves, would affect the character of local countryside and increase issues with flooding from run off the hills.
A3400/A46 patch - no as it is cut off by dual carriageway and is not large enough to be self sustaining. More congestion on A46.
Area around P&R - yes as long as there is substantial investment in community infrastructure.
