Some proposals are welcomed such as the preservation of land formerly forming the Honeybourne rail link, and other measures to facilitate public transport. However, the vast majority of the proposals will only increase the use of private transport and not enough is being actively done to increase the ease of access to, interconnection of, desirability and affordability of public transport.
