Preferred site 12 in Tanworth- in-Arden is a rural location where infrastructure is not set up to support the housing dwellings proposed. The nearest train station is Danzey Green, with only one train running on the hour to Birmingham where employment opportunities are going to be. The distance from the proposed site to the train station is more than an hours walk and therefore only accessible by car. The second nearest train station is Whitlocks End which is also only accessible by driving. Thus more cars on the road & increase in Co2 emissions, which does not meet global obligation.
