Infrastructure of kenilworth not adequate to support additional housing; lack of availability of schools, GPs, dentists etc.
Disruption of wildlife and available farming land.
Rouncil lane and surrounding roads not suitable for increase in traffic frequency, will have a negative impact on flow of traffic into surrounding busier areas such as Warwick road.
