REFID 95 Land at Old Budbrooke Road, Hampton Magna. Inappropriate development of green belt. Detrimental impact on local residents with insufficient infrastructure, doctors/shops/school, to support new homes. Existing homes already struggle with water supply and drainage. Significant negative impact from further traffic on narrow roads, significant risk of crashes. Adverse impact on hedges/trees/habitats including surrounding area which is not suitable for construction traffic. Character of existing village will be diminished. Previous planning applications for this site have always been rejected so inclusion now after a change of ownership could result in legal action and investigation of impropriety.
