This is NOT a more suitable site. Building on the green belt here will cause urban sprall and eventually join to Stratford. Despite proposals to include additional schools and primary care facilities this would need funding, that isn't available, by the ICS and DoE. The land proposed floods and will affect local ecology. Travel infrastructure will not cope and the rail network not fit for purpose. Additionally part of the proposed land cannot be accessed. Only reason preferred is because the land owners are engaged & want to make money
