REFID 233 Land to North of Hampton Magna. Character of existing village will be diminished. Inappropriate development of green belt. Insufficient infrastructure, doctors/shops/school, to support new homes with detrimental impact on local residents with. Existing homes already struggle with water supply and drainage. Significant negative impact from further traffic on narrow roads, significant risk of crashes. Adverse impact on hedges/trees/habitats including surrounding area which is not suitable for construction traffic. Site has drainage and surface water issues. Will be visually unappealing from St Micheals.
