Again use of prime agricultural land in a very rural area. This area becomes seriously waterlogged and prone to flooding. Although next to the A423 this is the only road along this site, so car use will be a priority. No rail link (Fenny Compton does have a link to the MOD at Kineton but a passenger station is quite unlikely and Network rail don't want another stop along that route) Infrastructure locally is poor, surgeries already at full capacity, only a small primary school locally, the secondary school at Southam is full. Would again comprimise views from BD park.
