You are proposing to develop or seriously effect areas that are::- Green belt, nature reserves, SSSI sites bat's, owls,, every form of wildlife, woodland rare wildflowers, Stratford depends on tourism who would want to approach via effectively a new town to visit a small historic place in the middle, you would look at a map and say forget it, we also have at the moment farmers growing food for us all to eat, that will be gone for ever, who ever thought it up must be insane as it's a totally disgusting ,ridiculous and unnecessary proposal
