Insufficient infrastructure, doctors/shops/school, to support new homes with detrimental impact on local residents. Existing homes already struggle with water supply and drainage. Significant negative impact from traffic on narrow roads. Adverse impact on hedges/trees/habitats including surrounding area which is not suitable for construction traffic. Character of existing village will be lost.
