South Warwickshire has already experienced a huge growth in housing since the M40 was built. Accommodating growth from outside the area would be hugely detrimental to amenities, services, and local infrastructure. Facilitating other areas would simply create commuter zones in South Warwickshire requiring more road networks and transport that would certainly undermine any Zero Carbon ambitions.
