This development at SG04 is not an exceptional circumstance, it is unnecessary and harmful. It would damage an historic site, lose the special character of Kenilworth town, destroy a wildlife corridor, contribute to urban sprawl, overload local infrastructure, destroy a protected rural footpath, and build on disputed land. Green Belt protections are supposed to prevent this exact kind of overdevelopment.
