Insufficient infrastructure, with detrimental impact on local residents. Significant negative impact from traffic on narrow roads. Adverse impact on hedges/trees/habitats including surrounding area which is not suitable for construction traffic, access extremely limited. Site creates corridor of development that changes the character of whole area from rural to urban stretching from Warwick to proposed new town at site B1.
