REFID 245 Land at Warwick Parkway Train Station, Warwick. Inappropriate development of green belt. Insufficient infrastructure, doctors/schools/nurseries/etc, with detrimental impact on local residents. Significant negative impact from traffic on A4177. Adverse impact on hedges/trees/habitats. Site connects several distinct locals creating urban sprawl. New dwellings will be out of character and visually unattractive in the context of existing greenbelt – also visible from green corridor of canal and towpath. Area already suffers from some flooding that will be made worse. Access to Warwick will slow reducing trade footfall. Insufficient train capacity from local station that cannot be increased inline with demand
