To those responding to the consultation over the future South Warwickshire housing plan.
Remember these two points...for Area G1.(New settlement)

1.Major rural views from the Country Park will be very seriously damaged by overlooking 5,000 houses. Public loss to our public park will be immeasurable.
(Public loss is an Important planning point).

2.The ironstone hills, including Country Park, are designated a 'Special Landscape Area'. (SLA). Over 5,000 houses at the foot of these hills will have a very damaging effect on the setting of the SLA and its historic listed Beacon tower.
