Local infrastructure not suitable for so many extra houses - Fenny Compton already congested, even without further development.
I don't think green fields should be developed when brown field sites are available closer to urban areas. Also, rural character will be eroded, changing the nature of this area forever. Why build so far from towns - residents will need cars to travel to work/supermarkets/recreation. This isn't a good idea at a time of climate breakdown- it will increase pollution and destroy nature.
