Lack of local infrastructure to support - water, drainage, flooding risk and power supply.

Increased transport - Birmingham Road is already busy with commuters heading to/from Warwick/Leamington & the rest of the West Midlands. When M40 is closed it is also the route for all heading from London/Oxford to the West Midlands and beyond. The current road system cannot sustain additional traffic.
Access Warwick/A46 from Hatton (via Stanks) at busy times is already a huge concern. This development will add to the large delays that local residents frequently face.
