Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed development on Green Belt land is entirely unjustified. There are no exceptional circumstances to remove its protection, as required by the NPPF. This land prevents urban sprawl and merging of villages while providing vital landscapes, biodiversity, and farmland. Local infrastructure is already under strain—schools, healthcare, and drainage cannot support more housing. The area lacks sustainable transport links, increasing congestion and pollution. Traffic on Rouncil Lane and Warwick Road will worsen, endangering cyclists and walkers. Planning should prioritise sustainable, non-Green Belt sites instead of destroying irreplaceable countryside for developers’ convenience. More appropriate alternatives must be considered.
