This is regarding Clopton quarter - building in this location will have a detrimental affect on wildlife & protected species in the Welcombe hills
* There will be an irreversible impact on the open landscape enjoyed from the Nature reserve
* The greenbelt land & special landscape area is a key asset to the community & turning the area into an urban one takes this away.
