This proposal would lead to decimation of our area. Our community already suffers disruptive flooding, which can only get worse with the proposed building. The surrounding roads are already busy, with traffic jams commonplace and our village is already used as a ratrun for drivers trying to avoid the A46/A34. Our region is a biodiverse farm oriented green belt ecosystem, which will all be lost - forever, being replaced by concrete sprawl. There is precious little infrastructure for our residents currently and cannot support over a 2000% increase in population. Please, look elsewhere for your development plans.
