There will be a huge detrimental affect on wildlife & protected species in this area - we should be preserving these habitats and areas for future generations, not covering them in tarmac and houses.
* There will be an irreversible impact on the open landscape enjoyed from this section of the county
* The greenbelt land & special landscape area is a key asset to the community & turning the area into an urban one takes this away.
The town has no infrastructure to support this number of houses and thus people/cars - it already can’t cope
