Tanworth in Arden is unsuitable for development due to its undulating terrain and green belt landscape. The infrastructure is limited, with few utilities and standalone services. Wood End Station offers just one train per hour to Birmingham and Stratford, which is inadequate for a large settlement. The area has many listed buildings and a nearby Conservation Area. The road network comprises narrow lanes that flood and would require significant upgrades, harming wildlife habitats.
