Planning permission for the Gigafactory is due to expire. No investor has been found. JLR have not delivered on their promised investment. The high pitched noises that emanate from UKBIC have been affecting the health and well-being of Baginton residents for a considerable number of years. The dangers of a Gigafactory so close to a residential village have not been properly thought through and the loss of green-belt land would be catastrophic. An investment in turning the airport back to a fully functioning one would bring further investment to the area as well as supporting the niche trades within.
