Roads are already busy with HGVs, market, commuter traffic. Insufficient capacity at GP surgery and dental practice. Insufficient spaces at schools . Infrastructure water/sewage unsuitable for additional burden. Some of the land in Wellesbourne is subjected to flooding. Loss of agricultural land - good quality and productive arable. Run off from new development impactful on brook running on north side of the village increasing flooding. Loss of wildlife habitats - wildlife has been pushed out of areas fenced for solar farms... lack of local amenities. Loss of open space. Why are the Allotments shown as part of strategic growth area?
