This Development is not sustainable because of poor schools provision, poor drainage infrastructure and medical surgery capacity. It will also act as urban infilling between Studley and the village of Middletown. Increased traffic via rat run through Sambourne is of particular concern. Full traffic analysis and service provision studies to be instructed. Loss of greenfield space.
