Do NOT develop BW. Suburbanisation of Shakespeare's country is economically detrimental.

All of BW south of Snitterfield Road and Bearley Station is excessive greenbelt development. Bearley and Wilmcote should remain separate and their historic rural areas preserved.

On the NORTH side of Snitterfield Road are 28 hectares of Bearley that could be developed - provided a school is built first. Assuming 1 hectare for a primary school, leaves 27 hectares to provide for 4,320 dwellings if designed at 160 dwellings per hectare as at Hamlet Way in Stratford on Avon. The land mapped as E07000221, could be built if offered.
