I object to the proposed development on Site 712, having serious concerns over access, pedestrian safety, conservation, environmental harm, flood risk, and policy non-compliance. Church Lane is unsuitable for increased traffic, particularly endangering schoolchildren. The development would harm the Barford Conservation Area, damage historic properties, and disrupt important wildlife habitats. Increased flood risk due to inadequate drainage is another major issue. The proposal violates key Warwick and Barford planning policies, including those protecting heritage, character, and ecology. Given these impacts, I urge Warwick District Council to refuse the application to safeguard Barford’s safety, heritage, and environment.
