Ref: HELAA Preferred sites listed to the south and south-east of Leek Wootton by The Warwickshire and adjacent to the A46. Being involved with the LW Village Plan these 2 preferred sites far exceed what was proposed in The Plan. The map itself also does not show the new development by Cala Homes on the Warwickshire Police land. These 77 new homes in this small rural village. Why has this not been taken into account? Overall the sites around LW connect it to Kenilworth and Warwick. This completely compromises this rural village status.
